THE KAISER TEAM

So different but yet one big family. Between the two houses Hotel Kaiser in Tirol and the Kaiserlodge, we are a very large team. It is important to coordinate well, trust each other and always stick together.

We are aware, that each and everyone of us is responsible for making sure our guests are happy.  A nice and clean room on arrival from our housekeeping staff, a heartfelt “good morning” from our caretakers in the hallways or an honest smile on the faces of our service staff.

However different we all may be, we all have one common objective: to make people happy. ♥
